Q: Why some products seems to be the same but with different product ID and even different price?
A: Because they are from different distributors. You may also find they have different stock status.

Q: Do you have a shop?
A: No. We are operating the business in home office. But you can pick up you goods with appointment.

Q: What is the pick up time?
A: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM everyday with strict appointment. Do not come without appointment.

Q: I don't have credit card. Can I purchase online?
A: Yes. You can pay via bank deposit. You can also pay by cash if you are going to pick up your goods (We may request deposit before arranging a pick-up time).

Q:What are the delivery costs?
A: Delivery charge is calculated in the view shopping cart page.
Fees is calculated based on your postcode and the weight of your goods.
If you believe the system calculated delivery fee is too high,
you can request a manual review of delivery charge.
You are free to cancel order if you are not satisified with the delivery charge.
