Prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Customers are advised that our prices are updated daily, and are denoted on the website with the product. However, pricing may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders when price information is not correct on the website. Customers also have the right to cancel orders before goods have been shipped. If goods has already been packed, we may charge a small amout handling fee for cancellation of order. Please note that, due to the nature of the computer industry, prices on many components are always falling over time. We cannot credit or refund the difference for any price drop after we have sent out your order.
The customer has the liberty to choose the shipping method preferred at the time of placing the order online. The shipping charges displayed in the shopping cart page. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the goods ordered and the type of service chosen. Customers please note that the shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
Products are considered sold to customer at the day we shipped them. Even when a product is found faulty at arrival, it should be claimed under warranty services.
Shipping charges do not include insurance normally. It will be stated if insurance is included. Customers should aware that damage during transit is on their risk. Customer should initiate claims of insurance for damage for insured shipping. If customer never receive the goods, we will initiate claims for insurance.
Opalia Computers do not accept return goods for refund or credit. Customers may only return goods for warranty issues.
Customers should seek warranty services directly from manufacturer whenever possible. If manufacturer's warranty is not available, customer should contact us for warranty services.Customers should contact us before sending item to us. We will advise the address to send the return product.
Customers should pay for shipping cost sending the products to us. We will pay shipping cost to send the replaced or repaired product to customer. Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our supplier's discretion.
Opalia Computers shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the agreement to sell product to buyer or the product, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, or for any damages or sums paid by buyer to third parties. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other sort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise. However, it cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages caused due to changes in technical specifications done by the manufacturer which might defer from what is presented on our site.
Opalia Computers will not be held responsible for any delay in shipping a particular product caused due to circumstances beyond its control. Such as non-availability of a product with the manufacturer and internal problems within shipping services.

We try to provide the technical specifications and manufacturers part number information so that the customer can choose the correct goods.
